The ESTAS is the national award scheme which recognises the best estate and lettings agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and suppliers to the UK property sector. Winners are selected purely on customer feedback via the ESTAS Customer Review platform, which generates thousands of reviews from clients who have experienced the complete moving process with a property professional. ESTAS member firms receive valuable feedback that helps them enhance their services and provides them with the opportunity to be recognised at the prestigious ESTAS Awards each year.

The ESTAS Awards take place annually in London and are hosted by Phil Spencer, the country’s favourite property expert and ESTAS brand ambassador. The event attracts 1,200 of the UK’s top property professionals and is the longest running awards event in the industry.
