All our staff members are not only qualified property professionals, but we are also local residents, so as well as knowing our properties & the processes inside & out, we can also help with questions about local amenities, schools, transport links, all the other elements that are important when deciding where to call home.
We offer viewing appointments six days a week with flexible viewing times to suit your schedule, where possible. We understand that not everyone works standard hours and that can not only be a problem with viewing properties, but it can also be hard to speak to us to book them. So you can book appointments directly into our diary 24/7, just choose the book viewing button on any properties on our website.

Before committing to anything you should be fully aware of all the costs involved & anything relating to the property & the tenancy that may affect your decision whether it is the right home for you, so when you book a viewing we will send you a confirmation of the appointment & a sheet detailing the vital information & costs for each property, along with our general terms & conditions for tenants.
Hassle free moving
Prior to moving day, we will have checked your new home to ensure that everything is working and everything is ready for you, so all you have to remember is which box you put the kettle in**
On the day of moving in, one of our team will be there to greet you, release the keys to you and take the opening meter readings, we will also show you where all the essential things are, stopcocks, fuseboards etc, and we can also show you how the heating works, or the oven, but don’t worry we don’t expect you to remember it all, we will have also prepared for you, a home folder containing all the essential information about the property and your tenancy**
Always on hand
Should you move into a property that we manage for the Landlord, you will have a dedicated property manager, who is your contact throughout your tenancy regardless of the query, your property manager will be contactable by phone 6 days a week and by email 7 days a week, so whenever there is an issue we are always there to help.
*If the Landlord of your property is registered to protect deposits themselves, your deposit may be protected by one of the other approved schemes, you will be provided with details of where your deposit funds will be held prior to paying your deposit.

What is Client Money Protection (CMP)?
The Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme provides compensation for landlords and tenants when agents misuse or misappropriate their rent, security deposit or any other client funds.
Should this happen and a landlord or Tenant is using a letting agent who is registered with ARLA propertymark, they can make a claim and Propertymark will arrange a reimbursement, subject to terms and conditions.
